Are you a passionate, vibrant, and dedicated Kaiako with leadership experience? If so, we want you to join our team at Cashmere Early Learning Centre (CELC)!

At CELC, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, inclusive, and creative environment where tamariki feel valued and empowered. Our privately owned centre is fully licensed for 30 tamariki aged 2 to 6 years, operating with 100% qualified teachers to ensure high-quality education. As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you won’t just be a number—you’ll be a valued member of the CELC community.

The Role:

As Curriculum Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of our curriculum, engage in internal evaluations, and support your colleagues in their professional growth. The position is up to 32 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday (7:30am–5:30pm), plus two staff meetings per month (1–1.5 hours each).
