Brockenhurst College is seeking an experienced teaching professional to join our team as the Curriculum Leader for History, Politics, Classics & Philosophy.

As Curriculum Leader, you will provide leadership to the area, working closely with staff to drive innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. You will take the lead in all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring high levels of student engagement and achievement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the curriculum development and implementation for History, Politics, Classics & Philosophy.
  2. Support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Monitor and evaluate student progress and outcomes.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-curricular learning.
Qualifications:
