Location: Coventry College
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £42,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Lead and manage the Computing curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.
Develop, track, and monitor student progress, exceeding targets where possible.
Build strong employer relationships to align the curriculum with industry needs.
Oversee pastoral duties, supporting the personal development of students.
Drive innovation in teaching methods, ensuring a modern and engaging learning environment.
A relevant teaching qualification.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Computing or a related field.
Experience in teaching Computing at Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.
A track record in curriculum design and delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in industry collaboration.
Proven ability to achieve targets within budget and on time.
