The Role
As a Curriculum Development Lead, you will create and maintain a range of engaging learning materials and associated resources, for Functional Skills, Business Administration and Customer Service to support the team of trainer assessors in delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practice.
Innovation and continuous quality improvement will be key to facilitating a varied programme of delivery to meet the needs of employers and learners. You will also ensure the standards set by end point assessment organisations and/or awarding organisations are consistently met and that expected progress and timely completion of apprentice goals and qualifications are achieved.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and a passion for innovative curriculum design. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an analytical mindset, logical approach, and critical thinking. You will need to be highly motivated with a clear understanding of the landscape of apprenticeships.
With a high level of energy and enthusiasm, you will ensure that learning outcomes and impact are always at the forefront of what you do. You will need to be flexible and responsive to changing customer and business needs.
