About the Team:
We are seeking a Culture and Communications Manager to join the team. This post is part of Lambeth’s HDRC (called Lambeth HEART, for health determinants research and evaluation network) and is a fixed term full time contract for 20 months - until December 2026.
About the Role:
The HDRC Culture and Communications Manager will lead the HDRC’s culture change and communication work. They will proactively engage with diverse communities in Lambeth, particularly those whose health is most affected by social inequalities, leading on the development and implementation of action through the Community Knowledge Network. Your compelling communications will build bridges between residents, council staff, voluntary sector organisations, academic researchers and policymakers, helping us to enhance our impact and share our stories locally, regionally, and nationally.
