CULTA is currently looking for our next Cultivation Inventory Coordinator to join our dedicated Cultivation team in Cambridge, MD! As the Cultivation Inventory Coordinator, you will assist in planning and managing all aspects of CULTA's Inventory and Data throughout the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role includes the main subject matter expert for the initial ERP implementation and then ensures accurate data is input throughout the system post-implementation.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support department leads by getting the answers to all application questions, tracking issues that arise during the implementation process and resolving or escalating problems according to company guidelines that may arise.
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
  • Support solutions by answering application questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes and resolving or escalating problems.
  • Develop or enhance user training and documentation for initial implementation and new employees with the goal of successful product adoption.
  • Provide feedback and suggested solutions regarding department head needs, deficiencies, or challenges within the system.
  • Maintain cultivation logs from seedling to harvest for every batch in production.
  • Prepare all METRC tags for transplanting procedures.
  • Responsible for entering all cultivation Data input to ERP. (METRC/ERP)
  • Reconciliation of data between METRC/ERP
  • Maintain and regulate waste logs, and destruction of plants.
  • Complete cyclical inventory audits for Flower and Veg to verify accuracy of physical plant inventory.
  • Complete analysis of Post-Harvest data.
  • Track and report on whole wet plant weights each harvest batch.
  • Create and maintain mother-plant inventory tracking of individual strains and the lifespan of the moms.
  • Assist Cultivation Manager in phenotype data analysis and selection of best phenotypes based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Assist cultivation crew with day-to-day operations as needed to ensure production continues on schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Works efficiently, manages time effectively.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • Able to identify problems or malfunctions with packaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with Cultivation safety procedures and guidelines (PPE, OSHA, MSDS).
  • Possesses the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to work onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience with using/configuring ERP systems.
  • ERP implementation experience, including change management and training.
  • Broad functional understanding of ERP modules (Procurement, AP, AR, GL, etc.) and integration techniques (EDI, API, Flat file, etc.)
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel capabilities and ability to manipulate data.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-Motivated, Self-Starter.
  • Knowledge of METRC (inventory management program).
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills, and a high level of maturity.
