Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - FTC
Location: Aberdeen
Reports To: CEO

Overview:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy for a marine services company specialising in ship repair, maintenance, and dry-docking.

This role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing IT infrastructure, and spearheading digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and integration.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years as a CTO or similar role.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is highly desirable.
