Calling all Transfers specialists! We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Asset Transfer team at a leading US Wealth specialist! This is a permanent hire, with 3 days working in office each week. Please apply if you have experience with:

  1. Transfers for ISA's, GIA's, SIPPS, Pensions
  2. Experience/understanding of a US client base would be a "nice to have"

Our client is seeking a Senior Client Service Executive – Asset Transfer Specialist to join their boutique wealth management firm located in the heart of Covent Garden. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in asset transfers within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have a deep-rooted desire to learn, develop and implement processes and procedures. This role is responsible for leading and managing the asset transfer function, overseeing the end-to-end transfer process for client assets, including cash, securities, and other financial instruments.

What you'll do:

  1. Lead and manage the asset transfer function, providing guidance, support, and mentoring where appropriate across the overall Client Services Function.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end transfer process for client assets, including cash, securities, and other financial instruments.
  3. Collaborate with Wealth Managers and other internal teams to address client enquiries and resolve transfer-related issues.
  4. Work closely with technology teams to implement and enhance systems supporting the transfer process.
  5. Liaise with external custodians, transfer agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transfers.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transfer lifecycle.
  7. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise errors and delays in the transfer process.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.

What you bring:

  1. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to asset transfers.
  2. Outstanding customer service skills.
  3. Effective presentation skills and ability to research and package information for team and clients.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to listen and converse well on all levels as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Efficient time management skills to plan workload and prioritise accordingly.
  6. Tactful, trustworthy, diplomatic and able to maintain confidentiality.
  7. Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in asset transfers within the financial services industry.
  8. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
