Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer (Contract)
Location: Remote / Onsite (as required)
Duration: 6-12 months initially
Our client is a leading telecommunications company and they are hiring a ServiceNow CSM Developer to help them migrate from their existing legacy system to ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). The successful candidate will work closely with our client’s IT and service teams to ensure a smooth transition and the effective implementation of ServiceNow CSM.
