Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer (Contract)
Location: Remote / Onsite (as required)
Duration: 6-12 months initially

Our client is a leading telecommunications company and they are hiring a ServiceNow CSM Developer to help them migrate from their existing legacy system to ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). The successful candidate will work closely with our client’s IT and service teams to ensure a smooth transition and the effective implementation of ServiceNow CSM.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions, tailored to meet the needs of the telecommunications industry.
  • Create and customize playbooks to streamline case management workflows and automate processes.
  • Develop decision trees to enhance customer service interactions and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using web services, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on ServiceNow CSM capabilities.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure seamless functionality during the migration process.

Skillset

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSM Developer, with hands-on expertise in CSM configuration, customization, and development.
  • Strong experience in playbook development to optimize service delivery workflows.
  • Demonstrated skill in building and deploying decision trees for customer service operations.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, web services) to connect legacy systems with ServiceNow.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale migration or implementation projects, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or other related modules.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and workflows of telecommunications companies.
