Hill McGlynn is pleased to partner with a leading residential builder to recruit a Multi-Trader for an exciting new project in Deal.

This is a great opportunity for a versatile and experienced tradesperson to contribute to a high-profile project as part of a professional and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing a range of skilled tasks, including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and basic plumbing.
2. Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
3. Assisting with snagging and finishing works as required.
4. Identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
5. Working collaboratively with site management and other trades.
6. Adhering to site health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a multi-trader in residential construction.
2. Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, tiling, and plastering.
3. Valid CSCS card (essential).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality.

Role Details:

1. Start Date: Immediate.
2. Location: Hythe
3. Duration: Ongoing.
4. Pay: £19 - £20 per hour
