Job Description:
As a Labourer, you will be supporting various construction tasks and ensuring that the site runs smoothly. Your duties will include general labouring, site preparation, assisting tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation and clearing of the work site.
2. Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic construction tasks.
3. Load and unload materials.
4. Ensure the construction site is clean and tidy, removing waste and debris.
5. Follow all safety regulations and wear the necessary PPE.
6. Assist in the setup and breakdown of tools and equipment.
7. Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
2. Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required.
3. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
4. Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
6. Reliable and punctual with a good level of physical fitness.
7. Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours:

1. Full-time, 40 hours per week (with potential overtime).
