Job Summary

MRI Radiographer with Interest In Cardiac MRI
Manchester Diagnostic Suite / Manchester Institute for Health & Performance (Cross Site Working) | Radiology | Permanent | Full Time | Up to £43,750 per annum, depending on experience (Band 6 equivalent)
37.5 hours per week

Main Duties of the Job

As an MRI Cross Sectional Radiographer, you will:

1. Support MRI
2. Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service
3. Experience a varied caseload in the department
4. Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities
5. Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
6. Supervise and develop junior colleagues
7. Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Person Specification

Qualifications

• You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification.
• Desirable: Philips MRI proficient, Interest in Cardiac MRI, Minimum of 2 years experience in MRI.

Experience

• Desirable: Minimum of 2 years experience in MRI.
