Contract: 12 month secondment

Overview:


Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan, rewarding our Advantage Card customers with exciting offers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications. It's a busy role that requires a customer-focused mind-set.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Support and deliver the personalised offers plan for the Boots app - delivering targeted and relevant offers to our growing customer base.
  2. Champion the Boots Advantage Card and app, ensuring the business is aligned on the role of personalised offers and its purpose.
  3. Manage multi-channel (Email, App, Events) communications, detailing the strong offers delivered to customers.
  4. Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales.
  5. Review and assess commercial/customer impact and define opportunities.

What you'll need to have:


  1. Have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital communications.
  2. Be a creative individual with a customer-first mindset.
  3. Be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy along with being able to juggle multiple tasks, on track and to time.
  5. Be happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
