CRM Specialist

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy, helping to build lasting relationships with our community and drive commercial success through smart, data-driven CRM campaigns.

The Role:

1. Build and deploy newsletters, emails, and SMS campaigns across regions.
2. Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content.
3. Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment.
4. Optimise and refresh trigger campaigns to boost conversions.
5. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
6. Work alongside other CRM specialists to drive regional growth.
7. Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve CRM performance.

The Candidate:

1. 1+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.
2. Proficient with Email Service Platforms.
3. Experienced with Google Analytics.
4. Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders.
5. Passionate about the fashion industry.
