CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading, global travel brand to appoint a CRM Project & Marketing Executive for an initial 12-month contract. The CRM Project & Marketing Executive will support the CRM Manager by developing, implementing and maintaining key eCRM projects and automated email campaigns containing service/marketing messages.
The CRM Executive will also support the business to achieve the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for key destinations, and booking/revenue goals through CRM activity - with a focus on the delivery of a set of key data-driven email communications projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and implement key eCRM projects to meet the short and long-term needs of the business.
- Scope business requirements for new eCRM projects (primarily data-driven dynamic email campaigns and key CRM-related digital projects).
- Engage with internal contacts and external agencies to effectively manage costs, timings and KPIs for each CRM marketing project.
- Apply solid project management skills to implement deliverables effectively in order to achieve agreed milestones, adhere to budgets and align with KPIs.
- Ensure all eCRM projects are tracked with relevant reports to ascertain key insights/actions that can inform future planning and develop full documentation for each project to adhere with project management best practice.
- Manage the day-to-day running of all existing triggered eCRM programmes, ensuring updates and enhancements are delivered on time by supplying briefs/assets/feedback to agencies.
- Ensure sign-off in a timely manner and ensuring logic, creative and data are all correct and delivery is in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Develop new eCRM triggers as required (incl. email content planning, copywriting, image sourcing from our asset library, consideration of data and trigger logic to ensure accuracy and relevance to the intended audiences).
- Work with external CRM agency and internal stakeholders so that the triggers briefed are creatively magical, factually/brand-correct and have been thoroughly tested for accuracy before go-live.
- Ensure an effective relationship is maintained between the UK CRM team and wider stakeholders by adhering to best practice guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to track and monitor CRM/email marketing projects and campaigns with a particular focus on timely and efficient delivery of data-driven email tactics.
- Experience using multiple CRM / Email Marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze).
- Exceptional partnering skills - building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English for commercial business environments.
- Detail-focused, analytical and results orientated.
- Strong documentation skills to capture and maintain complex eCRM programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactivity in suggesting creative and content improvements for our triggers and projects.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
