About the Role

We are looking for a skilled project manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to implementation, testing, and successful transition to business-as-usual operations. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure the new CRM system aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable benefits to stakeholders and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of the CRM.
2. Ensure projects remain aligned to strategic priorities and deliver on their expected outcomes.
3. Oversee project scope, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and resource management.
4. Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to drive effective delivery.
5. Work closely with teams to ensure effective change management and user adoption.
6. Provide project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
7. Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes where required.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong knowledge and experience in CRM system implementation and digital transformation.
2. Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and budgets.
3. Experience with stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership and technical teams.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
5. Experience in driving CRM adoption and training across organisations.
