Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and support reports and analytics to assess CRM campaign performance.
  • Lead analysis and optimisation of CRM campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and value.
  • Create a strategy for ongoing CRM improvement and learning.
  • Manage campaign optimisation cataloguing, prioritisation, and backlog.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks with the Performance & Planning Team.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to refine customer communications through data insights.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
  • Drive the adoption of effective strategies in CRM and encourage a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Partner with Analytics and Insights teams to explore audience profiles and campaign drivers.
  • Work collaboratively with CRM communications, campaign, and journey teams to identify ways to improve targeting and performance of all communications.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience in CRM, focusing on performance analysis and campaign improvement.
  • Skilled in CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and knowledgeable about marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Proven track record of using A/B testing, personalization, and analytics to boost CRM results.
  • Great leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-team projects and teams.
  • A strategic problem solver with a creative approach and keen attention to detail.
