Job Description
- Create engaging email communications to be delivered to prospective students, applicants, and offer holders.
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for campaign delivery, segmentation, and customer journey tracking.
- Evaluating ongoing campaigns, drawing data from Dynamics 365 and managing large data sets in Excel.
- Supporting the busy clearing period in August in order to maximize their student recruitment targets.
- Working collaboratively with the Manager and wider team.
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrable usage of CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot, or relative CRM.
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, user journeys, and segmentation.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content to be sent out via email communications.
- Excellent data management skills, with the ability to manage large data sets on Excel and analyze the data to make informed decisions.
- Able to work full time on-site and be available for wider department needs e.g. Open days (with time back in lieu).
