CRM Manager - Luxury Retail

Location: Harrods, London

Salary: £60,000-£75,000

Are you a passionate CRM expert with a love for luxury fashion? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to join an iconic global fashion house, based in its prestigious Harrods boutique.

About the Role

As the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive customer loyalty and elevate the in-store experience. Working closely with the retail and marketing teams, you will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, increasing retention, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
  2. Analyze customer data and insights to personalize outreach and improve retention.
  3. Manage and optimize the client database, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to identify VIP clients and create bespoke experiences.
