The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to own and evolve our lifecycle marketing on a 24 month FTC. You'll shape and deliver personalised campaigns that help our members build healthy habits and stick to them - ultimately improving lives.
This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven, fast-paced team where CRM is at the heart of how we grow and support our audience. You'll collaborate across product, data, content and behavioural science to create timely, tailored journeys that drive retention, engagement and value.
What you'll do:
Location: This role is based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
