An established industry player seeks a proactive CRM Executive to enhance customer engagement and retention through innovative CRM strategies. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with the CRM Manager and Digital Trading Manager to implement a robust CRM strategy for Premium and Luxury websites. Your expertise in email marketing and data analytics will be crucial in driving effective communications and improving customer value. As a CRM Executive you will support your CRM Manager in building stronger and deeper relationships with our customers, to increase engagement and retention and customer value, through effective CRM strategies and data driven insights. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial skills combined with proven CRM experience, particularly focused on email and mobile app push communications. Working closely with the Digital Trading Manager you will be instrumental in the implementation and delivery of the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites. With a working knowledge of CRM and database analytics this role will be highly data driven.
