The Role

Our team of marketing experts uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. As the Sport CRM Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing the CRM strategy for our sportsbook customers. You will create and maintain a detailed catalogue of automated lifecycles across all relevant channels and trigger ad hoc actions whenever results deviate from the targets. This objective will be achieved by utilizing best-in-class tools and working closely with support teams and stakeholders throughout the organization.

Your Main Duties:

  • Planning and executing innovative multi-channel communication concepts to optimize the user journey, maximize customer retention, and meet market KPIs.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional content and CRM campaigns for the sportsbook customers - from idea generation, planning, executing to post-campaign evaluation & optimization.
  • Ensure all CRM campaigns are consistent, attractive, cost-effective, relevant, and aligned with other areas of the business.
  • Liaise with Design, Customer Support, Acquisition, and VIP teams to ensure promotional transparency across the business.
  • Create A/B tests with own design and tech resources to improve the customer experience and increase CRM relevant conversion rates.
  • Ensure on-site communication is always relevant by updating banners, promotional pages, and other content on our sports betting sites.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as operationally required.

Person Specifications:

  • We are looking for a highly engaged and motivated CRM Executive who is extremely passionate about sport and has a good understanding of the sportsbook product. The role will report to the Country Manager.

Your Skills:

  • Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Commercially minded, with strong experience in CRM marketing ideally within iGaming/Online Casino/Sports betting Industry.
  • Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to ensure every touchpoint is positive, valuable, and consistent.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and to be challenged to increase your learning curve.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience working with Optimove is a bonus.
  • Passionate about Sport.
