Job Title: CRM Executive – E-commerce Contact lens hub

Role Overview:


As a CRM Executive, you will manage and execute CRM strategies across multiple global optical
brands within the EssilorLuxottica eCommerce Contact Lens Hub division. You’ll play a key role in
driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value by developing personalized, data-
driven campaigns. This role requires agility, collaboration, and a passion for creating impact across
diverse international markets.


Key Responsibilities:


1. CRM Campaign Management:


• Support the development and execution of global CRM strategies across email, SMS,
and other channels.
• Coordinate with the Head of Customer Retention to implement lifecycle and retention
campaigns, including onboarding, loyalty programs, re-engagement, and win-back
initiatives.
• Localize and adapt campaigns to meet the needs of various global markets, ensuring
cultural relevance and compliance with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR).


• Use customer data and insights to create personalized messaging and offers, improving
customer segmentation and targeting.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze campaign performance and make data-
driven optimizations.
• Ensure the CRM database is continuously enriched with customer behavior and
interaction data.


3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:


• Work closely with brand teams, eCommerce, digital marketing, and product teams to
align CRM activities with wider business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to manage campaign assets and
execution.
• Liaise with customer support and product teams to integrate customer feedback into
CRM strategies.


4. A/B Testing & Reporting:


• Implement A/B testing for email campaigns, subject lines, and call-to-action (CTA)
variations to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on CRM performance, including KPIs such as
open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer retention and overall
campaign effectiveness.
5. Customer Retention & Loyalty:


• Assist in the development of loyalty and reward programs to foster long-term customer
engagement.
• Help implement feedback loops and survey tools to understand customer satisfaction
and areas for improvement.


6. Compliance & Best Practices:


• Ensure all CRM campaigns are compliant with global and local data privacy regulations,
such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Stay updated on CRM and email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices,
incorporating them into EssilorLuxottica’s CRM strategy

Requirements:


• 2-3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably within an eCommerce or
retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Oracle Responsys, UNICA, or similar
platforms).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills, ensuring accuracy and quality across all
communications.
• International experience or a willingness to work across global markets is a plus.
