Job Description
Implement and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
You will have a focus on the more technical aspects e.g. triggers/automation.
Regularly review and analyse CRM campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted and personalised messaging.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between CRM strategies and business goals.
Set up and broadcast email campaigns to deadlines
The Successful Applicant
A successful CRM Executive should have:
Email marketing experience using databases.
Knowledge and experience in CRM platforms and automation best practices.
HTML experience, plus automation and triggers
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
