An established industry player is seeking a CRM Executive to enhance customer journeys and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on collaborating with various teams to create targeted marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and manage customer data. The ideal candidate will possess strong CRM proficiency, particularly in HubSpot, and have a track record of successful B2B campaigns. The CRM Executive is a new role that’s been created to focus on building better customer journeys and experiences through the sales funnel, from building awareness of what The Barcode Warehouse is able to offer customers, to generating sales opportunities, and through to in-life communications that drive improved revenue and retention rates.
They will be working with the wider Marketing team and other internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Innovation, and Service Operations teams to develop highly targeted campaigns that engage, convert and retain customers.
