The Email Marketing Executive Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Email Marketing Executive to support and develop CRM Digital Communications (Email and SMS) across Sally Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain).
You will assist in creating effective digital campaigns for Trade and Retail customers with the goal to drive footfall and online conversions using automation, personalisation, and an omnichannel approach.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

  1. Shaping Show-Stopping Campaigns: Work your magic on email and SMS campaigns, teaming up with digital channel gurus and our amazing Campaign squad.
  2. Cracking the Customer Code: Collaborate with the CRM team to fine-tune segmentation—because the right message deserves the perfect audience.
  3. Analytics Super Sleuth: Dive deep into campaign performance, track ROI like a pro, and dream up fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the game.
  4. Trend-Spotting Extraordinaire: Keep your finger on the pulse of the market, hunting for inspiration to make our campaigns sparkle.
  5. Campaign Crafting Wizardry: Build beautiful emails for everything from day-to-day campaigns to automated programs and irresistible discount triggers.
  6. Bringing Brands to Life: Own the branding, content, and flawless delivery of every email masterpiece.
  7. Automation Aficionado: Support, build, and fine-tune automated programs across the UK and Central Europe, keeping them polished and powerful.
  8. Post-Campaign Detective Work: Analyze, reflect, and refine—because every campaign can be even better than the last!

About you:
Relevant degree / Marketing qualification
At least +3 years’ retail marketing experience
1+ year relevant experience i.e. email, sms, digital, CRM
1+ year experience in event driven/automated communication
Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines and remain un-phased under pressure
Able to analyse & interpret data and insights to deliver effective digital communication programmes
Able to work collaboratively across functions
Experienced in creating unique customer journeys and executing the related digital communications
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share results to internal shareholders
Passionate for the hair & beauty Industry and curiosity for understanding the varying customer types in order to produce truly effective communications

Desirable:
Understanding of PECR/DPA/GDPR
Understanding of managing IP reputation
Experience in producing digital assets using Adobe CC products, or similar
