Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, especially in the modules:
- Dynamics Sales - Optimize and automate sales processes
- Customer Insights - Customer data analysis and segmentation
- Project Operations - Project Management and Resource Planning
- Development with C# and JavaScript for individual customizations and extensions
- Creation and customization of plugins for Dynamics 365
- Use of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate business processes
- Development and optimization of workflows for process control in Dynamics
