CRM Business Analyst

Contract

£550 to £600 per day (outside IR35)

Berkshire (2 – 3 days onsite)

CRM Business Analyst is required for our high-profile customers who have successfully delivered a global ERP deployment and are now embarking on a multi-year, global CRM transformation programme. The business is currently at the evaluation and selection phase of a major, enterprise scale CRM solution and needs to build out a transformation team including Business Analyst resources to take onboard ownership for key functional workstreams. The programme scope will include CPQ, sales enablement, customer management, and lead to order functionality within a multi-country phased roll out.

The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for the business requirements definition, analysis and documentation. In addition, the CRM Business Analyst will work collaboratively with the systems / vendor partner / internal technical teams on solution design and be centrally involved in migration, testing, quality assurance to challenge the data, processes and configuration to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose.

The CRM Business Analyst will work closely with the wider team to ensure core end-to-end processes and controls are in place in order to recommend and implement a scalable and robust global CRM template.

Successful applicants will need to have proven expertise in:

  • A strong track record of delivery in end-to-end scalable CRM implementations – 500 user + and multi £m budgets.
  • Proven Business Analyst with end-to-end CRM project lifecycle exposure and BA Tool Kit / Methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge and advice in CRM and Sales solutions such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite.
  • Extremely verbal and written communication style to build strong relationships and produce first class documentation.
  • Proven experience of taking ownership for successful delivery of CRM solutions within a fast paced, dynamic environment whilst dealing with competing priorities and multiple deadlines are a constant.
