We have a new opportunity for a CRM Audience Specialist Manager, who will be responsible for managing and optimising first-party data segmentation to enhance our targeted marketing efforts. This role will play a key part in improving customer engagement, retention, and conversion by delivering effective audience strategies across paid media and CRM channels.
Working closely with the Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, and CRM teams, the CRM Audience Specialist will develop data-driven segmentation strategies, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining data accuracy will also be key aspects of this role.
This role is flexible on location within the UK provided you are within a commutable distance from one of our attractions or offices.
