Exciting Critical Care matron post, is this the job just right for you?

We have a new 8a role overseeing our staff and patient care in our spacious new unit following the promotion of our previous leader.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will ensure compassionate leadership and maintenance of an excellent quality of care for our patients. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills to enable proactive multidisciplinary relationships. You must be committed to staff development of all grades. The team will provide holistic patient care within the financial envelope of the department to support the Trust financial plan for 2024/5.
