An established industry player is seeking dedicated Crisis and Recovery Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals facing mental health crises. We are proud to collaborate with Liverpool City Council, local police force, crisis teams, and other agencies to offer a new night time crisis prevention service for individuals with mental health conditions in Liverpool City Centre for which we are now recruiting for Crisis and Recovery Support Workers.
Service Overview: Our service aims to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals at a crisis point in their mental health. Operating from 6pm every day of the year, our goal is to reduce hospitalizations, dependency on A&E departments and police resources. Utilizing a social model of support, our staff team will employ appropriate de-escalation and support techniques while promoting clients' abilities to manage their coping strategies.
