Are you an Aspiring Youth Worker or Criminal Justice Officer looking to gain critical experience working with at-risk groups of teenagers with behavioural needs? Have you recently graduated with a degree in Criminology?

This Behaviour Support role is aimed at an enthusiastic, empathetic Criminology Graduate who wants to initiate restorative practices to assist a wide array of social and emotional needs students, ranging from early childhood trauma to eating disorders, school refusal, and at-risk criminal offending groups.

The school has not had a permanent exclusion for over 12 months and is committed to ensuring no student is left behind both pastorally and academically.

Restorative Practice, pragmatism, and positive reinforcement will be key skills in this support role in Oxford. Successful Criminology graduates will specialise in working with students who have behavioural, social, and emotional mental health needs.
