Belmont recruitment are looking to speak with experienced criminal justice recovery workers to work for a private charity in Mitcham that have knowledge specifically in substance misuse. The role will consist of predominantly working with court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment clients, but also any clients who have been directly referred from criminal justice partners, such as prison or probation.
The day-to-day role will be to manage a small caseload, carry out both personalised and risk assessments, triages, 1-1 work as well as group work. This role will also require multidisciplinary working with probation officers, prison staff, police, and court staff, and working alongside clinical teams both in-house and externally.
The majority of clients are a mix of both drugs and alcohol, including opiate and non-opiate clients, and non-dependent and dependent drinkers.
Requirements:

- Full-time work (37.5 hours - Mon to Fri - 9 to 5)
- £18-£20 p/h
