Criminal Solicitor (Duty), 3+ PQE – Derbyshire - £Up to circa £45,000 – This growing law firm is looking to enhance their criminal department through the addition of a driven Criminal Duty Solicitor.


JOB TITLE: Criminal Duty Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Derbyshire


THE ROLE:
This expanding law firm is looking to enhance their Criminal department with the addition of a driven and enthusiastic Criminal Duty Solicitor who is looking to further their career within this area of law. The team provides unrivalled expertise in all criminal defence matters with additional exposure in the areas of fraud and business crime. Overall, the firm concentrates on general crime and police station advice, motoring offences including speeding and excess alcohol matters. The firm has an excellent reputation in this field based on quality and the exceptional ability of their litigators and Criminal Advocates.


THE CANDIDATE:
The Duty Solicitor must have at least 3+ years post qualification experience. The successful Criminal Duty Solicitor will offer a proven background in criminal law, being able to demonstrate experience in representing clients at police stations and magistrates courts, managing a varied caseload of criminal cases in all aspects up to and including trials, undertaking all aspects of compliance and ensuring that every case is handled with the highest quality of service.
