Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews, including attending morning meetings, ensuring equipment and materials are available, and assigning tasks to crews.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Train and mentor crew on proper installation techniques and safe material handling protocol.
  • Manage all assets necessary for daily projects: personnel, material, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Resolve minor conflicts/disputes among crew members in a professional manner.
  • Oversee loading/unloading materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling to job sites.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during job execution.
  • Manage project paperwork to account for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
  • Get job completion paperwork signed and verify payment amount to collect.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proofing, insulation installation (at least 1 year), and other skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.
  • Proven leadership skills (at least 2 years), with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members (small size team, 3-4 crews).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record within the last 7 years.
  • Excellent ability to manage client relationships.

Interview Process:

  • Initial phone call with recruiter.
  • Video interview with recruiter.
  • In-person interview with Superintendent and Operation Manager (Please bring a copy of your resume for this interview).

Details:

Job Type: Full-time, not remote.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (Potential for overtime).

Hourly Pay Range: $28 - $32.

Pay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit.
