Our client is a highly respected and well-established finance company operating across a broad range of assets. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Credit Underwriter.

Responsibilities:

1. Expert evaluation and underwriting of all business channels in line with agreed domestic and central risk policies.
2. Maintain and promote good governance, credit processes, and agreed service levels for all business origination, approvals, collateral, and restructuring.
3. Analyse credit data and financial statements to determine the risk involved in extending credit for predominantly mid-ticket transactions.
4. Support sales-aid leasing/flow business as required.
5. Generate and evaluate financial ratios and exercise personal sanctioning authority.
6. Ensure compliance with all leading industry guidelines.

1. Several years' experience in a risk-focused role within an Asset Finance background with a personal mandate.
