Credit Structuring Director EMEA | London, UK

Our client is a VC investing in companies providing life science and biotech innovations across the world. This new role will be part of the Private Credit Structuring team based in Singapore and will support different regions to grow the business in the mid-size tickets markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit transaction structuring, due diligence and execution end to end.
2. Coordinate with different departments (Risk, Legal, Operations, Due diligence) to ensure that legal, regulatory, operational, tax and structural issues related to transactions are properly addressed.
3. Credit vehicle enhancement - work with the structuring team and the specialists team of the business to enhance the product offering.
4. Work in close collaboration with origination team and pharmaceutical expert to understand the market demands and execute the flow of deals in the different jurisdictions.
