About the role

As a Credit Risk Analyst you will be making best use of data to provide performance insights into bad debt performance, IFRS 9 provisioning & key aspects of portfolio quality. You will also have the opportunity to do this whilst working closely with our colleagues in the wider Credit Risk team, Finance, and Treasury.

You'll work on multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and need to be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders alongside prioritising your workload.
About you

Our underlying requirement is to find the right candidate, so we're keen to hear from you even if you don't think you tick all of these boxes:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  2. Good understanding of traditional statistical methodologies (linear and logistic regressions and decision trees).
  3. Proficiency in SAS/SQL/Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling.
  4. Experience in financial services / banking.
  5. Understanding of IFRS 9 accounting principles & modelling.
  6. Highly intellectual and curious mind with a passion for using data to solve problems.
  7. Good communication skills, with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and keen to learn.
