Our Client in East Sussex is looking for a strong leader to join their credit control team on a 9-12 month FTC.
Your new role

1. Oversee the credit control function, ensuring the efficient and timely collection of cash.
2. Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Achieve collection targets and objectives consistently.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at minimising outstanding debt.
5. Train, develop, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the team to review performance.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Proven experience as a credit control manager or as supervisor/team lead looking to step up.
2. Good knowledge of financial software and Excel.
