- Preparing detailed credit papers post initial credit committee approval
- Appointing and summarising findings from third-party due diligence support
- Assessing borrower risk, including background, credit reports, and financial status
- Evaluating property risks, including valuations and development viability
- Ensuring transactions align with the company's Credit Policy
- Presenting credit papers to the Credit Committee
- Managing a personal portfolio of loans and maintaining borrower relationships
- Overseeing regular development drawdowns and preparing credit requests
- Facilitating communication between brokers, clients, and third parties
- Conducting regular site visits for new transactions and ongoing loans
