This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the necessary tools to succeed, including a top-of-the-range Apple MacBook and additional screens, within a friendly and supportive team environment.
- Handle Credit Hire claims efficiently.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while receiving support.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
Previous experience in Credit Hire claims is essential. Candidates should have worked in an insurance company environment or via delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm or Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent task-management skills.
- Client service-focused with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
