Credit Controller & Finance Administrator

Office Location: London

Working Style: In office ideally once p/wk or possibly once p/fortnight

Salary: Up to £36,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller & Finance Administrator to join the team! If you have a keen eye for accuracy, strong communication skills, and experience in insurance finance, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue reconciliation: Ensure bordereaux aligns with policy details and cash payments
  2. Aged debt management: Monitor and resolve overdue accounts within KPI targets
  3. Financial reporting: Prepare aged debt reports & MI for monthly finance reviews
  4. Credit control: Chase overdue payments while maintaining professionalism
  5. Finance support: Assist with audits, invoicing, and expense postings

What You’ll Need:

  1. 3+ years’ experience in a similar insurance finance role
  2. Strong Excel & financial software skills (e.g., Sage, Xero)
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Confident in credit control and reconciliations
  5. Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements
