Description

The Credit Controller will;

• Administering credit control procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment.
• Resolving customer queries related to payments and invoices.
• Reporting on outstanding debts and working towards their resolution.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Working in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of financial information.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
