Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Credit Team lead, the role will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of a fast paced credit & collections function. You will apply a structured approach to analyse and credit assess our retailer estate alongside staying up to date with the economic factors affecting our retailers. Managing credit risk and ensuring retailer exposure is minimal is vital to success.
Ensuring retailer collection processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring risk is managed and reviewed periodically and security bonds are maintained to minimise exposure to bad debts. Provide sufficient resolutions to problems and queries to accounts receivable processes.
