Temporary Credit Controller

Location: Norwich
Duration: Temporary (4 weeks)
Reports to: Credit Manager

A fantastic business within the FMCG industry and based in Norwich, are in need of a temporary Credit Controller to join the team temporarily and ideally immediately!

Working in a team of 8 and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, your duties would include:

1. Send customer statements weekly/monthly
2. Log and process credit notes
3. Manage the customer mailbox and respond to inquiries
4. Contact customers for payment
5. Update CRM with customer activities

About You:

1. Strong organisational and communication skills
2. Previous credit control or finance experience is a plus
3. Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle high volumes
