The RoleWe are looking for a producer (mid-senior) to join our London-based Immersive team, working on exciting Immersive projects bridging the gap between our VFX and realtime workflows.
The ideal candidate would be capable of owning production on multiple client-facing projects as well as managing internal technology stakeholders, consisting of a variety of disciplines - not limited to programmers, technical artists and asset builders. This role would suit a producer who is looking to own more than the production itself and will be an opportunity to learn and develop management skills in a tech-focused environment.
You will be expected to work closely with the HOD and Creative Technology Director/Real-time supervisor(s). As well as being responsible for London-based projects, the producer will be expected to liaise with international Immersive colleagues and teams beyond Immersive on shared projects and initiatives.
What you’ll do:- Manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones - anticipating opportunities, challenges and pressure points and thinking strategically about how to address them
- Liaise with clients on bids, reports, approvals, cash flow and change orders
- Collaborate daily with project teams and key support departments to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Provide regular status updates to clients, management, and internal teams
- Support the HOD, EP, and sales teams in pitching and bidding for new business
Core Experience- Proven track record of producing XR or real-time-based projects
- Extensive experience as a producer in Digital, Creative Tech, VFX, Games or similar industry
- Highly technical, with a thorough understanding of CG workflows
- Organised with first-class time/project management skills
- Excellent client and crew management skills
- Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- Proven ability to manage high-revenue budgets
Desirable Experience- Scrum Master certified
- Experience deploying and managing LBE installations
- Experience working with XR
