About Us:

We are an established direct selling company, dedicated to the sale of Essential Oils and wellness products. Our mission is to focus on helping our Brand Partners, Customers, and Employees to make a shift in their lives to Low-Tox Living, through embracing essential oils with our commitment from seed to seal to ensure quality across everything that we do. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our in-house Creative Team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in creative direction, brand management, project management, and team leadership, with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of designers and copywriters. Supervise and direct team workload, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Creative Project Management:

  1. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of creative projects on the project management platform. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Brand Localisation and Implementation:

  1. Localise the global brand book for European markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications. Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and meet high standards of quality.
  2. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align European regional initiatives with global strategies.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  1. Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing promotions and product launches. Drive innovation and creativity in all marketing and promotional activities.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication.

Quality Control and Vendor Management:

  1. Maintain quality control throughout the production of creative materials.
  2. Manage relationships with external partners, including design agencies, photo/video production companies, modeling agencies, and advertising agencies.
  3. Coordinate photo and video shoots, including location scouting, hiring photographers and models, and creating detailed briefs.

Process Development and Optimisation:

  1. Define and implement processes for the creative department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Continuously evaluate and optimise workflows to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, project management skills, and successful campaigns.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Experience working with international teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
  8. Strong understanding of brand development and implementation.
  9. A background in design would be beneficial.
