The school has an extraordinary track record of bringing in recent graduates as Teaching Assistants and providing world-class training and support, enabling you to become an outstanding Primary Teacher. We have placed over 15 graduates at the school in the last 3 years, each graduate has given glowing reviews of the staff, curriculum, and training opportunities.

Additionally, if you are an Aspiring Primary Teacher, the school can offer Salaried Teacher Training commencing September 2025. This means you won't pay tuition fees and you'll receive a salary while training!

What will the Creative Teaching Assistants + Paid Teacher Training position involve day to day?

• Work in your preferred Key Stage - EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Show your creative flair! The school has a diverse, rich, and creative curriculum, meaning pupils don't just read off a whiteboard; you will have the opportunity to deliver creative sessions day to day.
• Support the Class Teacher by providing whole class support.
• Run targeted interventions to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English and Maths.
• Support students with mild SEN (Special Educational Needs) - Opportunity to support mild Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, and more!
• Receive between £105 and £110 per day.
• Work Monday to Friday - School Hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm - Long Term.
