About the Role – As Project Manager, your role will be to organise workshops and events across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Your duties will include:

• Day-to-day project management and coordination of activity for the project team
• Working alongside Event Producers for large-scale events
• Building strong relationships both internally and externally
• Overseeing budgets for each project
• Project and team administration
• Supporting strategic internal initiatives
• UK and worldwide travel

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience of project management within a similar people-focused environment
• The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy role
• A creative mind and love of innovation
• MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantage
• A proven background managing people-centric projects or events

This hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy with occasional travel and will need to work outside standard office hours as the business requires.
