Summary of the role
Our Creative Project Managers deliver complex work, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved balanced with commercial success. We measure Project Managers on their ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and to the desired quality levels.

Creative Project Managers should consistently demonstrate the ability to build client relationships and deliver to the highest possible standards while seeking to improve ways of working.

Some responsibilities of the Creative Project Manager role will include:

• Deliver client projects on time and to budget, ensuring that the quality is maintained and both the client and wider team are satisfied.
• Work with the delivery team and wider agency PM forum to develop clear and consistent PM methodologies across the agency.
• Collaborate with Programme Management and Traffic to ensure all project work is planned and processes are streamlined with forward planning.
• Coordinate with the Ops and MI team to ensure the client teams are equipped and able to report on client financials.
• Work with Client Partners to ensure clients are on the correct rate cards and are within contract.
